The iLLUMIN8 youth group from Poulton le Fylde Methodist, in the North Fylde Circuit, has been involved with All We Can-uary raising funds for All We Can. Firstly they held a Bake Sale, aligned with a church coffee morning. The group gathered on the Friday evening to bake cakes and cookies, followed by a sleepover, and then sold the cakes on the Saturday morning. Not content with that, and picking up on an idea from one of the young people following 3Generate, the group did a 5K roller skate, scoot, go cart, tap dance etc. along Blackpool Promenade finishing at the Comedy Carpet in front of of Blackpool Tower. So far, they have raised over £500 for All We Can! A brilliant result from a small youth group.
