District Training Fund

Applications are encouraged from any Methodists – ministers, local preachers, worship leaders, lay employees, volunteers etc. – to the District Training Fund.

Up to £350 is available for individuals to apply for, once in each Connexional / church year, towards courses, retreats, resources etc. to support your continued training, learning and development, to enable you to flourish where you are.

Applications are simple – make contact via email with either Revd Phil Gough, District Secretary for Ministry and Vocations or your Mission Area Lead / Deputy Chair, providing details of what you would like the grant to go towards.

We ask for only one application per year from each individual, so encourage you to give thought to what to include on the application, to make the most of it for the whole year.
